Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know right away. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and shipped.Â
Returns
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. You can send us an email at Info@TheKringleKrate.com.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and are eligible for a refund, a refund of the original purchase price will be given. Please allow 1-2 business days after the product has been received for the refund to be issued.Â
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account to verify the funds have not already been deposited.Â
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted so also check with your bank or credit card company.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@TheKringleKrate.com.Â
